Open Casting Call

Open auditions for a one-night staged reading of 1776 The Drama at The Landing.  It will take place on the evening of July 3 to kick off the 250-year founding celebration of the July 4th weekend. 

Come to the audition on May 26 at 4 pm or May 28 at 6 pm. First come, first to go.

Come prepared to read and maybe discuss which of our founding fathers (and mothers) you would like to impersonate. Benjamin Franklin? John Hancock? Henry Lee? Thomas Jefferson? John Adams? 

There are many others you’ve probably never heard of! 

We are looking for 21 eager “delegates.” This will be a gender-neutral reading. Females can impersonate a founding father. Ages 13 to adult welcome.
